At Odisha Bazar – Bangalore, we carefully pack our products to ensure they reach you in good condition. Since our collection includes food products such as mixtures, namkeens, sweets, pithas, papads and pickles, returns may be subject to product-specific conditions.

1. Eligible Returns

A return, replacement or refund may be considered when:

• You receive a damaged product.
• The product is defective or spoiled upon delivery.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
• There is a missing item in your order.

2. Food Product Returns

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food products generally cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or quality-compromised food item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

3. Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of:

• The outer packaging
• The damaged product
• The product label
• Your order details

Share these details with our customer-support team for review.

4. Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, contact us with your order details. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Once your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, depending on the circumstances.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been opened or consumed
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
• Products returned without prior approval
• Products where the return request is made after the applicable reporting period

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
